Entire engine is apart .. Block is at the machine shop as we speak so the rest is all in bags and boxes all around the place.
Have a hard time finding that belt.

$45 bucks ???? My goodness, never knew they were that expensive ....
I'm located overseas so i really need a part # to order it online from GMpartsdirect, i'm quite sure there was a part # on the belt.

Use advanceauto.com to help lookup whatever you need. They handle some ACDelco through the store, stuff like a belt should be listed. Great source for basic parts pictures, schematics, and part numbers. Good Luck!

Yeah, advance or any store would be able to hook you up. I recently bought a dayco(I think) belt at advance for less than 45 bucks, I'm pretty sure. IIRC, they had one that was a good bit cheaper, too.

I tried to search for it on the GMPD website but to no avail (cumbersome search system).

Sorry, didn't see that you were overseas. When I was looking to replace my serp. belt, I wrote these two numbers down...

4060642-Goodyear gatorback brand

5060640-Dayco brand

Punch those #'s in and see what you find...
