milling heads and pushrod length?

I know everyone says to get a pushrod checker and find the correct length, but I was wondering if I had the heads milled 0.18 and the block milled 0.07 for a total of 0.25 and I used a 0.39 head gasket (stock is 0.50 right) could I figure it out this way 0.25+0.11=0.36 subtract 0.36 from the stock length pushrod of 7.200 =7.164 ?

You have also changed valves and most likely a valve job. Like was said above you need to check it to be sure.
