? milling heads

ok, for now Im strapped with my stock heads. I ported them myself, and somewhat polished the chambers. so maybe raised the cc 1-2cc. anyways, the next version of my eng. will have a large solid roller, and I want as much compresion as I can get. my combo consists of 3.75" crank, 6.0rods, -16cc pistons. decked block to .010" in the hole. with stock heads, plus add. cc due to cleanin up the chambers, and a .029 impala gasket, I figured Im at 10.8scr. the new cam will be in the .630 lift range. I may have to cut the valve reliefs a tad, not worried bout that. I'll check once the new cam is in. but for now, I need to figure out what the max scr I can get out of this combo is? how much can I cut the stock heads? and how much will that lower the cc? stock valves btw. will be replaced with stock size SS undercut valves though.
I know I'll have to check the angle's of the intake surface too. Im goin to use a single plane intake and convert it to work. no biggie if I have to mill that to fit correctly. just want to plan this out before I do it, so I can decide if its jsut worth it to buy those new 21deg. tfs heads with the 52cc chambers. that would be nice, and one day will do that, but for now would like to squeeze whatever I can out of these. its goin in a striped/gutted 3rd gen for drag racing.
