About anything are better than the stock exhaust manifolds. They are terribly restrictive. I wanted MAC's, but I waited months and they never would build me a set for my 1996. Hopefully you can get a set without a problem.
They should be worth some good gains. I picked up 0.4ths and 5mph in the 1/8th mile with a switch to long tubes. Very impressive gains.
The Kooks I got were expensive, but well worth it.
