On the passenger side of the oil pan, on the second bolt back from the front, there is a 90* bracket about an inch long on both side, there is also a hole on both side and dimples as well, it didnt hold anything , whats this for.

 

It's for a wiring harness.

 

That makes sense, so there should be a plastic wing clip that goes in the other hole to hold the harness then huh?

 

If I'm not mistaken, the clip should be attached to the harness. Either way will work though.
