As far as I know it only comes as a kit. Besides, the flywheel that they sell with their kit has been machined down quite a bit to accomodate the extra clutch disk and the dummy disk that go with it.
I installed a Star stage 3 clutch with the carbon face on it, and a stock resurfaced flywheel. The peddal feel is just like stock, maybe just a hair stiffer. They told me that it does require a 500 mile break in before putting abuse to it. I only have about 120 miles on it. First impression is that this clutch grabs like a ****, but is chattery as hell. When I first backed it out of the garage, I though that I made a serious mistake with the install. The shifter started to shake back and forth violently, along with the rest of the car. After taking the car down the street, the chatter went away after the cluch was fully engaged and driving down the street. I called Star and they told me that it would ease up in the next few hundred miles of driving. It seems to be better after the first 120 miles, but still chattery. This is only upon take off. It also take a little time to relearn how to drive it, just needs some more RPM than the stocker would. After I have a few hundred more miles on it, I will be sure to post my impressions at that time. As long as it will hold the mods to come in my sig, that will be the true test to it.
