Question McLeod clutch help !

Hello guys, I've installed my McLeod double clutch and now I'm having some problems... All the gears hooks very well, except for the reverse that I can't put it... And the car starts to go only at the middle of the course of the clutch pedal... What I have to do to correct this problems ? Help me !
Thank you !!!

You should have had a new master cylinder that comes with the clutch. If you didn't install that, do so, and adjust where the clutch engagement point is.

I've installed the new master cilinder when I bought the clutch new (about 15000 miles ago), but now I only replace the discs... I have to upgrade the master cilinder ? What's a goos one ? Where I can buy it ?
Thank you for your help !
