Mcleod adjustable Master cylinder for T56 Conversion

Ok so i think i am going to go with the T56 instead of another A4. If i am readding correctly, If i use the Mcleod adjustable master cylinder i won't have to drill the 2 holes for the master cylinder u-bolt will i? The less hole i have to drill the beter.

Are there any draw backs to this master cylinder?

And while i am on the subject maybe someone can help me with this. I have been told by several people here on the board that the hole for the master cylinder is just just pluged on the A4 cars and just needs to be punched out. Does anyone know if this is true or not?

Thanks
Shawn
