Max bolt on HP?

Im trying to see what I can do with an all bolt-on car and I was wondering what the ceiling is for a bolt-on LT1 car. Assuming youve got the following and if I leave anything that would help out please lmk.

JH LT's
3 inch ORY
1.6 RR's
3.5 inch mufflex
58mm tb
EWP
TB bypass
Ram air intake with smooth bellow
Descreened MAF
NGK plugs
MSD wires
!EGR !AIR
PCMFORLESS tune

Also I was wondering if it is benificial at all to put bigger injectors on a bolt on car.

That's all I can think of right now. All will be in front of a 94 4l60e with a 3200 stall Vig. I am basically asking if there is anything else to get a little bit more out of my motor and what's the most HP and TQ you can achieve with full bolton's. And I fully understand every car is different I'm just asking what has been done and what is possible. Thanks a bunch guys. Zach

I will let everyone else answer the HP #'s question but im just going to tell you that some of the comments you will get will be on the 58mm TB. That is overkill for a bolt on car and will not gain you anything except a hole in your wallet.

i believe 330 is the most on a bolt on m6 car. 1.7rrs will help milk another 5-10 horses outta the setup, good tuning, converter will work great, n you cannot skip suspension, it will really help the car on the streets

My car has a 10 bolt with 3.73's. I've got the suspension stuff already but I didn't really want to do pullies because don't they slow all the accessories down? If I went with a 1.7 rocker I'd want to do some better springs and I don't want to do that with the heads on and if I took them off I might as well do some better heads so that's kinda not what I'm looking to do. Thanks and keep them coming guys I really appreciate the replies. Oh and I have decided to stick with a 52mm tb. I just figured that the 58's have a much better resale value than the 52's.

Define "bolt on". Every performence enhancement in my car was bolted in.

Bolt on meaning stock block, cam, intake, and heads with no power adder.

What about modified stock heads? Or just new valves and springs? Maybe retard the timing on the stock cam? Perhapse lighten and balance the stock rotating assembly?

Why not just get your final goal for the car and aim for that rather than trying to hold such an arbitrary record.

I'm really just doing this for fun. I just wanted to see what I could do with a bolton car and then later down the road some do something more severe with it. I don't want this car to be a race car I just want a good running street car and then when I have more time I'll just buy a different car thats maybe not as nice and stick a 383 or something in it. I've done the heads and cam stuff before I'm just trying to have a little fun for now.

Well then whats your budget and how far do you want to push the term "bolt on"?

IMO a bolt on is:
anything bolted onto the motor externally that could be done with basic hand tools, and retaining the stock head castings, cam shafts, and intake manifold.
