march pullies! :(
Do you have an underdrive for the crank and overdrive for the alt? If you want to go back to stock then you need to replace both of them. If you want to retain the UD pulley on the crank then get an overdrive pulley for the alt. and your charging issues will be no more.
Well my guess is you purchased the kit intended for auto tranny engines, like mine, with the small alternator pulley, I mean minor diameter more spin speed more charge....however, my car had charging issues with the tranny in D, A/C on, headlights on stopped at a red light....you know what i mean....then when my PCM was reprogrammed, the tuner guy rised the RPMs at idle...175-200 RPMs more or less, dont remember exactly...and the problem was solved...
I know these pullies are a waste of money in auto tranny engines but my car has a snapier throttle response with them and i love that...
