Manual fan switch

Can anyone make sence out of this http://users.oco.net/xero/fanmod/ ? I'm wondering about the wireing diagram i don't understand it. Thanks for the help.

did you look at all 3 diagrams?

in the off position nothing happens.
in the "low speed' position the switch grounds out the LED as well as the green wire (to the low speed relay)
in the 'high speed' position the switch grounds out both LEDs as awell as both wires (green and blue, to the low and high speed fan relays)
thats how i understand it. later!

Looks pretty self explanitory to me. Thats the diagram I used to do mine. not to hard just tedious sodering all those wires to such little terminals good luck
