post a vid of it idling, we will be able to tell by sound if its a stroker. and why on earth would someone build a 383 and not put at least an off the shelf bigger cam in it? that sounds absolutely retarded. and also did you not kelly blue book the car before you bought it? 7500 is really steep unless the car is flawless. best of luck to ya, and drive safe! fast cars and new drivers mean bad news!

^Well first of all im not a new driver. ive been driving for the past two years. However i am a newb to american cars, especially a camaro. i had a honda for the previous two years. i wanted something more powerful so when i saw this, i was amazed. But the cars condition is actually really good. Perfect leather seats, no rips, perfect paint, engine runs perfect. And 97ss0594 it does have a cam in it. It has one of those hot cam in it from summit.
