On my z its looks like antifreeze is in the exhaust, car driving bad, lots of smoke coming out the tail pipes so guys give me the bad news and what i can do to fix it thanks.

 

Most likely blown headgasket, possibly cracked cylinder head or block.

What he said. Sorry man, but those are about the only things that cause what you are describing.

 

Do you see any water in the oil, oil in the water? How about bubbles in the radiator or water shooting out the overflow tank while the engine is running?

Best to do a pressure test of the coolant system first.

Don't run it if the head gasket is blown as it can hydro lock and bend a connecting rod. Also, identify the bad cylinder and pull the plug and spray a lubricant in the cylinder if it's gona be a few days till you fix it as water sitting in the cylinder will do some damage.

 

What does oil in the radiator mean? I think I have that problem. Car still runs fine no misses or hesitation, car is not using oil, radiator has leaked down some. In June I had new wp and opti put on and oil pressure is 20 at idle, 40 at cruise. 145k miles on the clock.

 

Oil in the water means you have usually one of two gaskets bad. It is usually the intake gasket.
