Main caps what brand?

After considering this for a long time now I've decided to go ahead and Install aftermarket main caps in my engine. So my question is what brand of caps you guys prefer? There sre some choices out there, and would like to know what is liked out there. Pros and cons. The cost of machining the block is of no concern to me. Close friend owns a machine shop.

Eagle
Callies
Milodon

These are the one's I know of off the top of my head, which one is best is up for debate but I am guessing the callies, or milodon.

I had my engine re-built with Pro-Gram 4 bolt splayed billet caps.

Ask the machinist what he likes, that is all that really matters.

I have installed many sets of Eagle and Callies caps over the last few years. The Caps purchased through Callies are actually Pro-Gram. If you are on a budget, you can get the Eagle splayed caps for about $70. The Pro-Gram caps will run you closer to $200. I have these caps in stock if you need a set. Eagle or Pro-Gram.
Let me know if you want me to get a set on the way to you?
I prefer the Pro-gram Caps, they have alot more "meat" on the cap.

You need to ditch the stock pan anyway. Get a canton road race and you will not have to worry about the clearance issues. I do not know about any clearance problems, I don't build my engines with stock pans.
