Magnaflow/Hooker Catback
Magnaflow/Hooker Catback
Looking for a deep tone. Sounds good at idle, but really wakes up when you step on it. I don't really need loud, but would like people to know i'm around when i get on it. My flow drives me crazy with all the damn drone. Thanks

Sounds like Hooker's what you want. Mine sound nearly stock at idle up to about 1.8-2k beyond that it turns from Jekyll to Hyde.
I've also always like the SLP 2OTL sound too, but for the money Hooker is probably best value out there.

I like the magnaflow. Its not very loud at idle.(though it is louder.) But it is much deeper then the stock exhaust. And it gets loud in the upper RPMs. But its no Loudmonth. Cant comment on the hook catback, because i haven't heard it.
I noticed that the flow catback has the passenger(exit) exhaust and the main pipe(in) going into the right side of the muffler and the drivers side on the left. The magnaflow has the exhaust main pipe on the right side by itself and the passenger side and drivers side on the left of the muffler. I would think that this would create a much better sound?
