Is the Magnaflow catback the same for lt and ls1s?

Is the Magnaflow catback the same for lt and ls1s?

Found a good used one, but hes got in on a ls1, just wondering if they are the same or not?

Pretty sure the diff is there's no 'S' in the LS1 intermediate pipe [up by the cat] and the hangers differ a bit...

the Ypipe is routed differently

if you could get a shop to fab up the 3" pipe that would connect the ypipe to the Ipipe than it would work. i think the hangers are the same

so i could possible make it fit by welding some, is there any other diffrences like sound possiblities or anything, would it sound the same as a magnaflow c/b on a lt1?
