After all the discussion about how the Magnaflow sounds, I wanted to do something to help others choose a cat-back exhaust. I bought the Magnaflow 15619/15620 and got it installed today..

Before leaving the house I recorded a before clip, and right after they got done and I got it off the lift and back into the parking lot.

I recorded them with my laptop, and it's got crappy speakers so I can't say how good they are.

But I recorded both of them with exactly the same placement of the microphone, so it should give you a good comparison..

These are recorded from 3 ft behind the car, laptop on the ground, centered between the tips.

You have to turn the volume up a little bit to hear the first one... Once you set the volume where you can hear the stock exhaust good, play the other at the SAME volume to really hear the difference.

So you all know, I have stock manifolds and y-pipe WITH cats. The car is basically stock except for the SLP CAI...
