has anyone recently had any problems with reaching ion? i placed an order thurs/fri and have sent an email and a private message with no response. i know he has good standing on here, it's just that i get paranoid buying things over the internet.

 

I wouldnt even worry... Its ION, He will not rip you off, He is a normal human such as yourself and probably took a weekend trip or something..

He's a stand-up guy and I'm sure you'll get your pcm back within a week...

I've used his services 3 times and I couldnt be happier with him !

 

Agreed, I've emailed him before and not gotten a response right away presumably because he was busy.

Sending a 2nd email with a note that it was the 2nd attempt has gotten a response in those rare cases.

For the most part, he's answered my questions and emails within 24 hours.

 

I contacted him this past Thursday 7/15, he's been out of the country but should be back now. I am also waiting for a tune update since I did some work to the Z, don't worry, rest assured he will get back to us, he is definitively a trustworthy, stand up guy.

I just spoke with him on the phone about an hour ago ... He said he is getting his computer hooked back up at his place in Dekalb ... He will be online later.....

I have been trying to get ahold of Ion for the past month and a half with no response.

He should have put a message on his website that he was going to be out of town for a month...I wouldn't have sent him my PCM/money.

 

Ion is a good person and he will make things correct... BTW he has been out of the country for a little while.... He is back now.... He will be online later..

 

i was trying to be fancy with my verbage. lost cause obviously. well at least it makes me feel better knowing that he will be back later on today. you know how it feels when you anticipate a certain part/response and it isn't as quick as you expected. i'll let everyone know if i get any kind of feedback.
