Madz28 tune on mostly stock car = WOW
You just send Ion your entire PCM unit(takes about 2 minutes to remove it from your car)
He sends it back, programmed. You reinstall it.
Couldn't be easier.
If you want to install the tune yourself, you need a laptop and a data cable to connect to the OBD connector under the dash. You also need a program that allows you to upload the new tune, but I'm not sure what programs you need. (I'm pretty sure LT1 edit will do it.)

Oh so you can't use your car while the PCM is being worked? Dang. See I'm used to this Speed Density thing (like with my old 3rd gen) where you can get a chip burnt, and just replace yours.
