Flip a coin, they are both very good.

 

As was stated, a mail order tune might be right on or very close. Then again sometimes it's off a good deal. In my opinion, a mail order tune is suppose to be close enough so that you can drive the car to a shop to have it dyno tuned, without doing any damage to the engine on your way to the there.
