Has anyone dealt with him recently, I sent him a email with a question 4 or 5 days ago and still didn't get a reply, I couldn't wait much longer so I ordered anyway and paypal him my money. its been 2 days now and it says pending.
I heard that maybe is email isn't working ??? is it true ?

thanks !

This is not his only job so it may take him a bit to get you taken care of.

Why did you go with him if he didn't respond to your email and then pay him on top of that? I went with him and was not satisfied at all with the tune or his "customer service."

If I do a mail order tune again I'm going to try PCMforless.

From my experience, don't expect replies to emails when dealing with him.

I contacted him via email 2 weeks ago. Submitted a new tune request and he provided it in just 2 days.

I got an e-mail tune from him back in October. His service was great. I got the tune 3 hours after I sent him the specs. He even sent me a 2nd tune with stock shift characteristics for no charge. So far the tune has been great.
