machine heads?

machine heads?

It is neccessary to have the heads resurfaced before I re-assemble them?

hell yes. its a small price to pay, see the sig. for sure get them milled.

It can't hurt to make sure that your heads are flat and true...
But this should be posted in LT1 Tech, moving...

Have them shaved and gain some compression .

SHAVE THEM!!!
Mine took .012 to get flat, would take a pretty incredible gasket to seal that up.
