MAC headers for 97?????

i am not desputing the potential flow issue, as that was not the original dispute; i have seen the pictures, posting them is pointless. all i am saying is, i do not think the driverside is considered a shorty...the primaries are longer than those found on other headers tagged shorty.

im not really sure why mac would lie about the length being close, im sure they have no idea what they are talking about when it comes to their own products.

i am also looking for a mid length header for my 94, i read that mac uses a HTS coating, is this just their brand of ceramic or is it different? also is there a stainless steel header other than the edelbrock for a dual cat?

I have the MACs on my car, no problems with emissions, no ground clearance issues, and they allow pretty good access to plugs. I'm not going to comment on the issue of shorty vs. mid length.

You can't go wrong with these headers if you plan on keeping within Illinois emissions regulations.
