mac exhaust

I was wondering if anybody was running Mac exhaust. I was thinking about buying one but i wanna know how good (or bad) the exhaust sounds on an Lt-1 with headers.

I also looked into them when i was getting my cat-back. The MAC cat-back set up isn't very popular, becasue for the same money you can get the hooker cat-back wich is basically the king of budget exhaust for LT1s, and they sound pretty awesome. But if you do decide to get one, I would love to hear if you like it or not...

good luck

DONT BUY IT!!! I have one and it absolutely sounds like crap. It is very raspy and has a lot of popping even with stock manifolds. Stay Away and buy something better

I had one on my old 95TA and hated it. The resonators in the tips definitely make it sound raspy, especially when cold. And the system is terrible for rusting, after one year mine started rusting badly, and the next owner of the car phoned me a year after I sold it to tell me the muffler rotted out, and the system never saw winter either and was less than 3 years old. Complete junk.
