M6 Clutch Install - what parts are necessary??

Yeah do a search on the use of a bushing vs. a bearing. It makes sense to use a bushing.

A friend and me changed my clutch in my 1996 Z28 a couple of months ago....
my parts list...

-LT4 Pressure Plate
-LT1 Clutch disk
-New Flywheel (you can get the old one resurfaced)
-Pilot BUSHING(as mentioned go with the bushing!)
-High Temp Grease
-New clutch fork(the old one looked fine)
-New T bracket(the old one looked fine)
-Transmission Fluid
-Rear Main Seal(Do this while you have it
apart)

i JUST got the remains of my old roller bearing out with a slide hammer. that thing was in there, i was having to use the slide hammer with full force to get it out. i managed to cut my pinkie finger down to the bone by getting it trapped between the shifter hole and slide hammer once it broke free, but hey battle scars arent all that bad. no more roller bearings for my car.
