M6 to A4

Question is, i have a built 4L60E with a 3600 vig i want to put it my 94 that has a M6. I know about all the misc stuff like the hydraulics and crossmember and stuff. I am still looking for a engine wiring harness for the 4L60E though.

Do i just put the flexplate in place of the flywheel? I had the whole rotating assembly balanced with the flywheel and pressure plate. Will this throw it out of balance? Do damage to the bearings? Cause vibration and upper rpm and unstability? TIA

i just turned 61K this week, i wasn't talking about you leaving all your mods on the car either. I just really would like a M6, my car is basically stock besides the cone filter, clear corners, ported maf.
