AS&M headers w/ Random tech cat... gasket?

I decided to put a cat on to replace the gutted one I had on last year, I bought a new random tech. cat and a copper gasket and I fired it up for the first time since last fall and it leaks awful. Is their anyone whose running these parts who can recomend a good thick 3 bolt flange gasket that won't leak? Thanks in advance.....Rob

I have that setup and use a Fel-Pro 3" Collector gasket. I tried one of those dead soft aluminum gaskets but it leaked like a sieve.

i use the same gasket (felpro 3"), and when 1 of my bolts backed out it still held in place! i also used copper RTV.. that stuff works wonders...
