I have the LTCC kit, my question is, my opti has went out again, i cant tell you what caused it, it just went out. Do i need to replace the opti before i put the ltcc kit on? Does anyone have a really good outline/instructions how to put this kit on a 1997 Z28?
thanks people

Re: ltcc install

The low voltage part of the opti must be working for the LTCC. YOu probably need to change it.

Re: ltcc install

The most common failure in a Opti is the high voltage side. Just install the LTCC and see if it works, you realy have nothing to loose. If it works great your up and running in 1/2 hr , if it doesn't you didn't loose anything and will need to replace the opti. This will also take care of a coil if it went bad.
