LT4 Valve Springs

Anyone know how to tell if you have LT4 valve springs? I got some heads and the guy said they were. Anyway to check if they are??

Get a machine shop to check the seat pressure etc.

Eyeball the wire of the spring.. LT4 springs are 'oval' shaped, not round..

Put them on a motor with an LT4 hot cam. If the springs bind then they're not LT4s.
