LT4 Timing Chain with Non Vented Opti?

Can a LT4 timing chain set be used with a non vented opti? I have hot cam kit ready to be installed with a new non vented opti, and a LT4 timing chain kit. Can I use the LT4 timing chain set, or do I need to sell it and buy a new stock set?
