LT4 reliablity?

How reliable is the lt4 convertion, i know its not the cheapest or most powerful thing you can do but i don't want to be wrenching on it all the time, i want a chance to enjoy the car.
thanks for any help on this

i found out from edelbrock that the new LT1 and LT4 intakes will be avalible some time in the fall but no priceing yet.

Re: LT4 reliablity?

The LT4 has no reliability differences from a LE1/2/3 package. Depending on which package you did do with, it will make more power than the LT4 conversion and be a little cheaper.

Re: LT4 reliablity?

i have the heads and cam but because they do not make the Lt4 intake any more, i have to wait to get one for a good price. but not that in waiting i was wondering even if this is worth it because, like i said i dont want to be wrenching on it all the time.
