lt4 lifters

i have a chanse to pick up a set of lt4 lifters that cam on the lt4 hot cam packig they have only 6000 oiles on them herd the car run no nock or tick will they work on a lt1 with a 305 cam its new .he is selling the lifters for 20 do you think this is a good deel ane info please

The LT4 Hotcam package never came with lifters. It sounds like he is selling a regular set of LT1 lifters.

i caled sumit and they do list lt4 hot cam lifters for 278

Yeah I have some input, waste of money.

If you are set on using something other than factory replacement lifter, then buy either some Morels (~$450ish) or else try out those new GMPP ones from the caddy racing program (~$200ish)

if you just want oem lifters they are about $99 new

You already got all the input there can be.

No lifters come with the GM hot cam package.

There is no such thing as a GM LT4 lifter.

he sed they are part number 12371042 wich at iatn sed they wer gm lifters i am onley going to be using the 305 with eather le1 or le2 heds i woud think that 6000 shoud have onley bin brake in miles and for 20 it souns good

How you figure that? They work in any LSx, and any LSx lifter will work in an LT1. I ran lifters out of an LQ9 with a hotcam in my LT1 for a few years...
