LT4 Knock Sensor or Reprogram?

LT4 Knock Sensor or Reprogram?
Ok I got the new cam and rockers and all the other parts installed in the motor but I need to know what to to about the stock knock module...do I need to purchase the LT4 module or is it better to just have the PCM reprogrammed to desensatize the stock module? I'm not really sure what other options I have.
