LT4 knock modules, what year are they from?

LT4 knock modules, what year are they from?

Could someone please help me with this. I call one chevy dealer and the guy knows what it is and all but it is out of stock, I call anothere dealer and the woman has no clue and tells me their system cant search like that. I have to have a year and car that they come from. I said ok well I will try and find that info and call back.....she says yeah if you want the part? You dumb*ss #&$*@! What the hell is wring with people and customer service nowadays????

OK Im done ranting but if anyone could help it would be greatly appreciated!

and if you are going to get one get gm part from www.samtaylor.com they are only like 30 bucks there call for jason cromer in parts

I'll second that..

On a side note, using a part # when going to the dealership is pretty much the fool proof way of getting what you want without having to deal with the usual "parts guy"..

Thanks for the help guys. I was just frustrated and it helped me vent LOL! I do use this search engine and other sites like an encyclopedia. I already talked to jason and the part is on its way
