LT4 knock module

Can installing an LT4 knock module in the PCM help a relatively stock LT1. Also, how would it help?

It will help more if you have headers and/or extensive engine mods but $30-$40 won't break the bank by any means. Get one anyways for future mods.

I know knock is bad in an engine, so is it more sensitive to knock? I just curious how it will help. Thanks.

No it is not more sensitive to knock. It is the opposite. Thats why people install it to get rid of false knock that you can get when installing headers, and a cam. But if your getting knock you should first try to find out if it is false or real knock before you throw on the lt4 knock module.
