At the moment I'm doing a LT4 motor swap. The lower end is built and has 190 AFR heads, Cant remember the cam specs but I know theyre mild Comp Cams a little bigger than the stock cam, ported intake, BBK throtle body, CAI, underdrive pullies, shift kit, 2800 stall converter, 3.73 gears, and a NX nitrous kit 150 shot. It ran mid 12's in a 1996 hard top and 11's on the spray. How much horsepower do you think this motor is making with the mods listed with and without the spray? thanks.

Just as a guide, mine dynoed 430 RWHP and 490 RWTQ with the 150 shot.

 

Was that with all the mods you listed in your sig as well?

 

Yes, stock heads and shorty headers.

 

So do you think with a 175 shot, and longtubes I'd be in the 500rwhp range?

 

I think you'll be darn close...
