What is the part number on the end of a LT4 hotcam??

Don't know what to say. As far as I know mine is a Hotcam. Not the cam I'm going with I just happened to have one lying around.

I just bought mine and wanted to make sure before I put it in.

Take it to a local perfomance builder. They should be able to tell you if it is in fact a Hotcam. Thats what I did with mine, and it cost nothing to find out. Mine was used but it speced out very close to the Hotcam maybe ahundredth less on lift. The duration was the same as the Hotcam though.
