LT4 converted drivability issues

Hey all, got custom application, just did the LT4 conversion, 52mm bbk tb, svo 30#, deleted egr, ccp, air. I'm having issues w/ low rpm light to moderate load driving problems. The motor is running rich all the time, just pulled the cat, put on a test pipe and friggin fried my ceramic coated headers, pretty pissed about it.

Anyone running the same combo and have any tips? WOT is awesome, couldn't ask for anything more, but idle and regular driving are not too good. around 40 mph the car surges, or has a knee jerk reaction and starts jerking the truck, i usually drop it down into drive and the problem goes away, but sometimes it loads up at idle, starts doing the eleanor thing and I have to work the throttle to get it back straight, or it goes into a death spiral. Should I hook the egr or anything back up? would be difficult cause the s-10 conversion headers don't offer any ports, etc.

I'm pulling the plugs this weekend, running rapid fire #14s, have some platinums sitting to the side.

Any recommendations? Need more info? Have datalogs on hand that I can email if anyone would be willing to check it out.

I have email tunes in there right now, attempted a self tune last night using text books and intuition, didn't work out too well, i hate these friggin voodoo magic bs stuff and want to break them open and figure them out. Anyone willing to help me out, I'd really appreciate it.

What kind of O2 sensors are you using? Are they any good?Thats my first thought ,since that is how the fuel is monitored.
