Question LT4 Conversion Part Numbers

Can you all help me gather the part numbers for the conversion and everything that is needed. I got the Intake and Extreme duty chain. Need heads and gaskets and whatever else. Thanks in advance

Technically there really isn't an "LT1 to LT4 conversion" since the LT4 is an engine designation, but here's a site with all the LT4 service parts.

GM used to have this list in their GMPP catalogs also, and I'm sure you can find the list at other places on the web.

Do a search...are sure you want to spend that much money to say you have a "wannabe LT4" when you can spend less and make more power?

Since I'm in a good mood tonight.

LT4 Hotcam Kit P/N 12480002

LT4 head swap gasket set can be bought from Thunder Racing.

I'd recommend some crush washers for the rear coolant crossover tube. Dunno the part number for those but I have the part number for the rear cross over tube (which comes with crush washers and banjo bolts). I didn't want to chance a leak back there.

I used ARP 6 point hex head bolts but I'd recommend 12 point head.

If you going to remove the fuel rail, I'd recommend replacing the fuel injector o-rings, P/N in pic.

Since you have a 97, I'd recommend getting some hardened pushrods 7.200" long.

For a piece of mind, I changed my lifters too (not a must though if you have low miles).
