You can get your current heads/intake ported + new valve springs and such from some ppl on this board and buy a better cam and save a bit, and make more power.

Try a search, its been done..and asked about, many times. It's not worth the money though in my opinion.

People are stupid....Saying oh go do a search because it has been asked before....Those people are stupid...Almost every topic has been talked about and most questions have been asked...don't reply if you are gonna say it... thats just my 2 cents

About the LT4 conversion
-waist of money...

go with
LE Heads or AI 1700-1900$
XE Cam like 232 236 Or whatever is around there 250$
1.6rr 200$
lt4 manifold 250$
over-400 rwhp easy


I raced a guy with full LT4 setup+all bolt on+Wide tires. Smoked him on an 1/8m street by 2 cars...

Well, he should search for something that is THIS common before he asks. But yes, the kit is a waste (not waist) of money. The setup above is a good one, but stock castings ported and such would be a bit cheaper of course, if that's of concern.
