LT4 conversion?

I have heard good and bad things abotu eth LT4 conversion...can n e oen tell me their experiences or what they know about it..i have read the it is supposed to give you a proven 425hp...is this tru...please tell what you know..thanx Greg

As a whole its nice b/c it comes as a "set". Besides the convience more power can be had piecing it together yourelf for the same price...

Yes with better parts, a bigger cam and headwork on your stock heads alone would put you around or past 425 if you had all other supporting bolt ons.

I have the LT4 Conversion on my 355. The only reason I did it was , Its the wifes car so I didnt want to go to radical on the cam, and I got all the parts including the heads and intake for 1400. ( heads, Intake, HOT cam, rockers, springs and LT4 chain.)
