My exhaust really smells like gas and the tips are way black inside. This may be all normal but I just want to check. Maybe the smell is because of the cat being gutted?? Or maybe it is running rich idk. O2s can be bad without a light right? What brand o2 do you guys recommend? I heard not to do bosch I believe.

 

Ac Delco is the only way to go for 02's. They can be checked on a scanner but if they have over 80K miles then I would replace them anyways if I was you. I paid $65 each for them on Ebay.
