Anyone? its the setup in my sig it blows blue smoke and doesnt idle good at all. It smooths out when i rev it up but down low it just loads it up with fuel. I tested the maf and it has 1.34v at idle and goes up when i rev it so i assume its working. It also seems to run richer when the Maf is hooked up wich is weird i would think it would richen more without it. Any input would help.
Thanks
Thanks

Blue smoke = burned oil. This can be caused by bad valve seals or rings. The tune you have should idle fine. Did you set the valve lash correctly?

Re: lt1 tuning. 306 related
Ok .. hmm The engine is newly rebuilt. I guess upon initial start up some oil smoke is normal because it stopped now. It actualy looks like a little black smoke now. I have bought every sensor new and it seems to run better after i replaced the maf. however it still doesnt want to restart after it gets warm and shakes a little more than it should. Im goining to readjust the rockers and try again. They are proforms so i believe it just a 1/4 turn past zero lash. Thats how i set them before. so i guess my only 2 probs now are rich cold start ups and hard warm starts. Any other suggestions?
