LT1 Tuneup

i've spent the past half hour searching and i'm gettin frustrated. to make a long story short i need opinions on tune-up parts for a 96z:

part (brand i think is good)

Opti (delco thru cromer or the dude in florida)
water pump (gunna go with an electric one any ideas?)
plugs (delco)
wires (9mm of some sort?)
coil (delco)
icm (delco)
o2s (delco)
pcv valve (delco)
fuel filter (delco)

it's not my car but im doing the work on it and i have a bottomless budget on parts so the kid wants the best stuff goin in without being rediculous. any input would be appreciated thanks!

Delteq will take care of the aforementioned parts. It will cost about the same as buying all those parts, and will be way easier to install.

For the WP I'd go with CSR and NGK TR55s for plugs or autolite 104's. AC Delco for the O2's and fuel filter

Meziere Electric Water Pump
NGK TR55 spark plugs if it's a N/A car, NGK TR6 if it's sprayed/boosted

Re: LT1 Tuneup

Change all the fluids as well. With that budget, I would recommend getting the Delteq, also. AC Delco Platinum plugs are great, no need to switch brands IMO... unless the car has certain mods.

Re: LT1 Tuneup

No need to replace the ICM, unless it is broken. 9mm wires are not going to fit back into the stock looms very well.

Re: LT1 Tuneup

if the trigger system on the opti is bad he will still have to buy a new one anyway...i had taylor 8mm on my car before they got destroyed and i thought they were nice wires, just check the lengths before you put them on

Re: LT1 Tuneup

thanks guys im going to replace the opti anyway so we'll look into a delteq later down the line...i consider that a mod and this car is bone stock we just want to get it running in tip-top shape before messing with it(car went mid-15s at 90mph granted i wasnt driving but damn)

so after its back to lt1 standards we'll look into modifying it
