lt1 swap... now no clutch pedal can shift without pushing clutch in

Ok Ive got the Lt1 in the car along with the t56. The engine is a 96 LT1 and the car is a 95 formally 3.4 v6. When i first tried the clutch pedal it almost fell to the floor and after i pumped it about 150 times I began to get some resistance. I bolted my shifter on and I can shift through all gears without pushing the clutch in. Also it is a b*itch to get it in reverse. I have to use both hands to force it in. I havent started it yet so Im hoping that has something to do with it. Im sure we installed the clutch right and the fork is tightened down and on the throwout bearing. The slave cylinders are the same bwtween my 5 speed and the 6 speed but according to napa part number the master assemblies are different. I hope this doesnt have anything to do with it but I mjust throwing it out there.

are you using the pcm from the lt1? I would guess that you are, and the harness as well, but you either forgot to plug in the reverse lockout solenoid or plugged it into the wrong spot. Check again underneath. I believe the reverse lockout one is the last plug, or it may be on the passenger side.
