back of intake manifold, oil leak.... listen for whining gears*since he just put 4:10's in there. sucks when people dont recalibrate the speedo and it messes with the miles
feel for clutch chatter!

other than that...car looks nice, cheap to if you can get it for $4000

oil leaks, but then again almost everybodies LT1 leaks oil somewhere. take it for a drive, check electrical stuff (lights, power windows, blinkers, wipers, etc) watch the gauges while driving, misfire. Oh yea, check the oil.

I went to the guys house last night and took it for a drive and I must say it is pretty sweet. The back of the intake manifold was leaking some oil but other than that the car was in pretty good shape for the price. The guy said the last time he took it to the track it ran a 12.9 so it will toast the camaro that I have now. Now all I have to do is win the auction.

He said that he punched it out when he had the exhaust done.

I dont have much experience with the 4th gens, whats your ballpark guess that the car runs? He said that even with the 4.10s he was only in 4th gear through the traps. He said that he had slicks on when he raced it.
