LT1 Rebuild...parts advice needed ASAP..car getting dropped off on wednesday!

My crank is shot to ****. the car is going to get worked on on wednesday...i have to pick up the parts on tuesday. since he has the motor out of the car, im gonna have him do the top end too.

i need the following...

Oil pump
Timing Chain
Plug Wires
Heads/top end
Crankshaft and kit
camshaft

^^^thats what i know i need so far

my question is...which ones to buy...what im looking for/want is>> more power, smooth running, suitable for extreme use, suitable for reliable long distance highway travel.

im not looking to blow up time slips or anything, but if im spending the money...i wanna put something that will at least give me more power and make it worth my while. i would like to get to 350-380BHP, stock is 275

when you buy heads, what do you normally get with them?
what is the best crank to get?
what is the best cam to get (and still give me a good solid running car, not one thats gonna be too choppy or hard)

any other input orparts needed, feel free to jump in!

I just went through about everything you are about to go through man so here is what I gathered from my month and a halfs worth of research.......

For heads and cam get in touch with Lloyd Elliott, his web site is on this website....Elliott Portworks. Very knowledgable guy, very reputable.....he can recommend things for your bottom end as can a guy on this board named brett. Just go look for rotating assemblies for a bottom end but for something nice expect to drop several thousand. I opted for a brand new 383 from Golen Engine Services.....with install and extras I am spended about $9000......if you are interested in the setup I am doin I will be more than happy to share as I have searched all over for parts and what not for the past month. Anyways I know there are more knowledgable guys on here than myself, hopefully they will respond to help you out.

That means using those parts will probally make the car fail emissions testing in some states. Of course you can run those parts on the highway or drag strip, just not legally in some cases!
