You can buy special electrical cleaner for the maf at most auto parts stores. Its cheap and you should do it whenever you notice a dust build up. I cleaned one on an older car that ran like crap and it will back to perfect.

I just went to auto zone and bought a new one. 
Still have that odd vibration from under the car, though. Adjusting the valve lash PROPERLY with the car idling(FINALLY) tomorrow.
