Smile Lt1 Rebuild

Been kicking around doing a rebuild on my 95 Z-28. I will have around 6K to work with and was looking for sugestions. I want the motor to be able to take a 100 HP nitrous hit on occasion. Anyone know of any package deals on kits for the Rebuild? I want to replace all internal comonents except the rods and crank. Any info would be helpful. Thanks.

You want to replace "all the internal componenets except the rods and crank"

OK you REALLY need to tell us what you want to do with this engine, because that makes no sense really if you're ready to drop $6000 on an engine and want to spray nitrous...

Are you doing this yourself or having a shop do it? That $6,000 is a lot of money if you are doing at least the motor R+R yourself. If a shop is oding everything, a good part of that $6K will be eaten up doing the motor R+R. Rather than go into a long dissertation about the alternatives, maybe you could clear this up first?
