Magnaflow cat back exhaust system. It sounds great on the LT1 car's!!!!

 

If you haven't already, make sure all the maintenence is upto par. A LT1 running optimal before modifications is priority. Then headers, exhaust, tune will make quite the difference if your on a tight budget.

 

^+1 get it runnin right do your mods then get a tune, when i got my tune done it did wonders for my ride

 

In order to get usefull info, you need to provide basic data about the car, particularly the year and trans type. Not all years of the LT1 engine are the same, and the mods for a car with the 4-speed automatic ("A4") will be different than the mods for the 6-speed manual ("M6") in some cases.

You also need to clarify what you mean by "im about to put my ecu on". Are you replacing the computer ("ECM" in 93; "PCM" 94-97)?

Why not add a "Signature" with basic info about your car - year, model, engine, trans and any major mods? That way the info will be included at the botom of every post and you won't have to type it over and over.
